Please read over all rules and policies before sending in your deposit.

*Deposits are non-refundable.*

Your deposit goes towards the price of the tattoo.

If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment for whatever reason, your deposit can be credited towards your next session as long as you notify us at least 7 days in advance.

If you cancel/reschedule 3-7 days before your appointment, you will forfeit 50% of your deposit and will need to resend the difference before booking again.

Artist gets everything ready for your appointment at least a week ahead of time so this will compensate him for the time he already spent on your design. Not to mention the time he will spend scrambling to find a new client for that day.

If you cancel/reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment you will forfeit your entire deposit.

This is usually too short of a notice for clients to adjust their schedule and come in as your replacement. And if we are able to find a replacement, ARTIST would need to stay late, after his appointment the day before, in order to draw the design for your replacement.

You will not be allowed to book again. If you have an ongoing project however, next time you book you will also be charged a mandatory Booking Fee of $200 on top of your new deposit.

Terms of Service

The amount of time a session takes is based on the amount of coverage and detail of each piece. What I charge per session reflects not only the quality I can produce, but the professional experience and knowledge I have acquired over more than a decade of tattooing and a lifetime of practicing art. This sometimes allows me to complete a high quality piece in a shorter amount of time than others might take to produce the same quality. That does not mean it is cheaper because of less tattooing time.

Please keep in mind that you are also paying for the convenience of not having to sit for longer amounts of time in pain, all while still receiving a higher quality piece at the same time.

GETTING MORE HOURS ISN’T ALWAYS A GOOD THING.

Each client and each piece are different. Therefore the amount of time necessary for completion is never the same. Some days require more drawing time or more stretch breaks depending on placement difficulty. We are human and we are attempting to force a creative state. So I do whatever it takes to be able to be in the right mindset.

Also, every person’s skin is different. Some peoples’ skin accepts the ink very quickly and some do not. Darker skin can also be more difficult to work with. Previously burned, sun damaged, excessively bleeding, or scarred skin may extend the process of finishing the piece. And in some cases cannot be tattooed at all depending on severity. There are many reasons why a tattoo can take longer than expected.

Please understand that it is possible to require another session to complete your piece based on the complexity and detail.

Smaller doesn’t always mean less time. I have also learned that smaller tattoos of great detail can actually take the same amount of time as a larger tattoo.

The most important aspect of the process is the integrity and quality of the piece. I choose the references I choose because I feel that they will make the piece stronger. So, please understand if I’m very selective about the concept of the piece itself. My job as a professional is to give my best advice, and at times educate the client on what is the best approach to achieve the best outcome.

Please understand that larger scale pieces require multiple sessions ( i.e. sleeves, half sleeves, etc). Some pieces require more tedious detail and/or may have different complications.

Please understand that every artist works differently, and has their own way of applying a tattoo. Some may be faster than others. My overall focus is not on how quickly I finish a tattoo, but sometimes my experience and knowledge allow me to do so.

I only focus on one client a day so that neither of us feel rushed and in turn affect the outcome of the piece. My main focus is the final outcome. Please note that your session may go longer than the estimated time, so plan your schedule accordingly.

If you decide to quit early or “tap out”, you are still liable to pay my session minimum of $1250. If you booked a premium session, regardless of how much your deposit was, you are liable to pay a minimum day fee of $1000 if you tap out early. So please tough it out. You can do this!

Appointments include all aspects of your tattoo. For example, setting up, drawing, reference hunting and stenciling whether it be on your appointment date or prior to. etc. However, I do a lot of preparation BEFORE your appointment time to ensure we get the most amount of tattooing time in.

Appointments are set for 10am unless otherwise specified by me, and end differently based on each piece.

A $250-$1000 deposit will be required to book each appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Visit www.website.com/deposit-policy to view rules and policies regarding deposits.

*All other info on confirming your appointment will be sent if you complete your inquiry form. If you change your mind on the entire design within 1 week of your appointment, you will need to get rescheduled and lose your deposit.

All of these terms are subject to change at any time.

Please allow up to 1 week for a response as we can be very busy with tattooing back to back days.

If you send in the inquiry form, it confirms that you have read through and agree with these prerequisites and disclaimers.

Thank You!
